Julian Acosta is a South Florida-based real estate professional with a strong background in acquisitions, development, and residential brokerage. Most recently, Julian served as an Acquisitions Associate at the Altman Companies, where he played a key role in sourcing and evaluating multifamily development opportunities across the Southeast. There, he helped build a robust off-market deal pipeline by leveraging a targeted outreach process, while working closely with the development team to analyze market feasibility and investment potential.

Currently a Real Estate Associate at Trust Point Realty, Julian continues to bring value to clients by combining institutional-level market insight with hands-on deal execution. With experience spanning investment analysis, market research, contract negotiation, and relationship management, Julian thrives at the intersection of data-driven strategy and client service.

Julian earned his Master’s degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is passionate about identifying opportunities that align with long-term growth and impact in the South Florida real estate market.
