Daniel’s professional and academic experiences have proven that he is well-organized, detail-oriented, a strategic planner, and is adept to risk management, which allows him to navigate challenges and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.

Daniel is currently responsible for managing multiple non-profit institutional and community projects, retail and quick service restaurant interiors renovations, along with mixed-use projects. Prior to his time at MKSA, Daniel cultivated experience within the single-family home development industry, along with years of experience within the retail and client management industries, with a focus on analytical reporting and brand strategy.

With his MBA and LEED Green Associate certification, Daniel is well-equipped to lead projects that require a deep understanding of business strategy, sustainability, and project management principles. He is committed to delivering projects that are on time, on budget, and create value for all stakeholders.
